So why not make it your banking headquarters as well? Heritage Bank offers E-Statements, the paperless, environmentally-friendly way to view your monthly bank statement from the comfort of your own email inbox.
Upon completing the sign-up requirements for E-Statements, you’ll receive a monthly email with a password protected .pdf of your statement attached. This statement will include the same information as our traditional paper statements – account summaries, copies of deposit slips and sequential images of cancelled checks.
Whether you receive statements online or in the mail, all cancelled checks and deposit slips are provided as sequential Check Images. When accessing Check Image online, you can view both the front and back of the cancelled check – giving you additional information about when a check cleared and who endorsed it.

Will I still receive my scanned check images and will my statement look the same as my current paper statement?
Yes. You will continue to receive your scanned check images and the statement will look exactly the same.
Yes. Email notifications with your E-statement attached are encrypted and the statement itself is protected with the password you choose during enrollment.
The following is required to access and open your E-statement:
- a computer, smart phone or tablet PC
- Internet and Email access.
- Adobe reader version 9 (or higher) in order to download, display or print your E-Statement.

No. Your statement cycle will remain the same. However, you will receive your statement much faster since it will automatically be sent via e-mail the first business day after the end of your statement cycle period.
Yes. If you have the ability to save files to your hard drive or some form of removable media (such as a CD or Flash drive) then you will be able to store your E-statement on your hard drive or removable media.
You can print a copy of the statement with or without saving it to your computer or removable media.
You may cancel your E-Statement service at any time by contacting us. It may take as long as thirty (30) days from the time that Heritage Bank of Central Illinois receives your e-mail notice of cancellation for you to receive your next monthly paper statement.
