Regular Savings
This is the account we’re all familiar with – one that offers both the comfort of traditional passbook savings accounts and the benefits of today’s technology.
Our regular savings account requires just $50 to get started ($1 for depositors under age 18) and a $100 minimum monthly balance (again, just $0 for young customers). If the daily balance falls below these amounts, a minimum fee is charged. Variable-rate interest is compounded quarterly for this account.
Unlike savings accounts of the past, you can access your account in a variety of ways ... face-to-face with our tellers, at a STAR ATM machine, online at heritage-bnk.com or by telephone with TeleBanc. Tradition meets technology in this account.

Smart Savers
This account was created to accommodate those who save on a regular basis using systematic deposits.
The Smart Savers account can be opened with only $50 and must be maintained with automatic transfers (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.) from an existing Heritage checking account. Additional deposits may be made in person at any of our branches.
There is no minimum balance requirement and interest is paid quarterly. Only four withdrawals may be made each year – however, you can check balances any time using our free on-line banking service, Telebanc or any STAR ATM.

Super Savings (Money Market)
If you are ready to save on a larger scale and would like the benefit of variable-rate interest compounded monthly, then our Super Savings (Money Market) account may be right for you.
This savings account has a $50.00 minimum required opening balance and a $2,500 minimum monthly balance requirement. If your balance falls below $2,500 any day of the month, you will be charged a small fee.
Of course, you can check balances and conduct transactions in all the same ways you can with a Regular Savings account ... face-to-face with our tellers, at a STAR ATM machine, online at heritage-bnk.com or by telephone with TeleBanc.
