Our bank’s decision to establish a major branch in East Peoria demonstrates this ongoing commitment. During the groundbreaking ceremony for East Peoria’s newest development on August 18, 2005 it was announced that Heritage Bank of Central Illinois will be the first tenant in GEM Terrace, which will be located atop a bluff at Main Street and Interstate 74 in East Peoria.
