History
Ask any Heritage Bank customer which branch has the best view and you’ll probably hear “Gem Terrace”. This five-story structure with its unique “glass wall curtain” sits atop a 1.8-acre bluff overlooking the Illinois River valley. Heritage Bank is the anchor tenant of the building, which is now fully leased.
With the increase in customers from Tazewell County, Heritage Bank wanted to better serve that market. Gem Terrace offers a convenient location just off the juncture of Interstate 74 and Main Street in East Peoria.
Giving Back
The Heritage staff at Gem Terrace is active with Easter Seals, collects toys for Neighborhood House around the holidays and participates in a canned food drive. They also support the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure as well as other local fundraising events.
