What is Online Special Services?
Online Special Services (updated in Spring 2011) is our online cash management product that allows business clients 24-hour, real-time access to their accounts. Businesses can view account information, move funds, check transactions, plus initiate stop payments and ACH transfers.
Controlled Access
Businesses can establish permission levels for employees within their organization who have specific business needs.
Who Can Use Special Services?
This service is available to business customers. We will work with you to establish the appropriate access levels for your individual business needs.

Security
Heritage Bank provides safe and secure transactions for all of its customers. But we’ve taken that security to another level for Special Services customers with the Special Services Token. This small connectionless device provides an extra layer of security by generating a unique password to use each time you log in to Online Special Services.
